What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all full-priced items for store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the hygiene seal intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

Please note that sale items, including any orders with discounts applied, are not eligible for returns. If you're unsure about sizing, please email us at info@malaya.com.au for guidance.

Returning an item

To return your item(s), please email us at info@malaya.com.au and include the following: 

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you would like to return 
  • We will send you the address to ship your item(s) to

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order for the desired item. For more details on our return process, please refer to our returns policy section above.

I have received a faulty/missing item.

If you receive a faulty or missing item, please email us at info@malaya.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to update your address, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes! Afterpay is available for all customers in Australia and New Zealand.
